1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • After 24 hours, cancellation may not be possible if the order is processed or production has started.
  • Custom-made furniture orders cannot be cancelled once production begins.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed only in the following cases:
    • Order cancelled within the allowed time
    • Product is damaged or defective upon delivery
    • Wrong product delivered
  • Refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days after approval.
  • The refund will be credited via the original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after order confirmation
  • Minor variations in design, color, or finish (common in furniture)
  • Custom or made-to-order products

4. Damaged or Defective Products

  • Customers must report damaged or defective products within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Proof (photos/videos) may be required for verification.
  • After verification, we will offer replacement or refund.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and product type.
  • Delays due to logistics or unforeseen events are not eligible for refunds.
