1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
- After 24 hours, cancellation may not be possible if the order is processed or production has started.
- Custom-made furniture orders cannot be cancelled once production begins.
2. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed only in the following cases:
- Order cancelled within the allowed time
- Product is damaged or defective upon delivery
- Wrong product delivered
- Refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days after approval.
- The refund will be credited via the original payment method.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- Change of mind after order confirmation
- Minor variations in design, color, or finish (common in furniture)
- Custom or made-to-order products
4. Damaged or Defective Products
- Customers must report damaged or defective products within 48 hours of delivery.
- Proof (photos/videos) may be required for verification.
- After verification, we will offer replacement or refund.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and product type.
- Delays due to logistics or unforeseen events are not eligible for refunds.
